Front: jewish mysticism & Purim with Neria Cohen A unique workshop based on the teachings of Jewish mysticism in which women are guided through a journey of their soul, touching the emotions and stirring the imagination and the unconscious mind. Participants explore this inner landscape by painting a canvas, which they get to take home. Absolutely no painting experience is necessary. Born in South Africa, Neria got her Bachelor of Arts at the Witwatersrand University majoring in Drama, Film and English. She worked in the film industry in post-production (editing) in New York and South Africa. Credits include "Looking for Richard" with Al Pacino. Neria studied at Machon Alte in Sfat, Israel for a year and currently organizes creative events that fuse Judaism, music, art and dance. Over the past five years Neria has done editing and creative event planning for the Meaningful Life Center headed by Rabbi Simon Jacobson.
